The house

It is the ancient farm owner house, it has a central heating system and has three floors .

The main entrance of the house is trough the ground garden , the lower floor is connected to a private wooded park through a terrace garden. Just on the side of the main entrance is located the four cars garage.

The ground floor has a large living room with a stone fireplace, sofa and easy chairs, dining table with chairs, playing table, TV and stereo system; a large kitchen with an 18 persons dining table, working tables, gas stove, electric oven and rapid dish washer; a larder with two fridges and food shelves; a laundry bathroom with washing machine; a wardrobe for pressing.
A staircase leads to the lower floor in the playing and TV room with a stone fireplace, a piano, playing tables, a panoramic TV with a cassette and DVD player;
a second large room is equipped with bar and billiards and leads to toilets and to the babies playing room.
A third large room is used as relax and reading room. All the lower floor rooms communicate with the lower terrace garden and the park.

Two staircases lead to the upper floor where the comfortable sleeping rooms are located. The rooms are decorated with 19th and early 20th century furniture and with beautiful wooden beam ceilings and wooden floors.
