Bed & Breakfast

Services

Bed & Breakfast guests will be received by house owners together with their family and friends and will be accepted according to room availability.
Cold cuts, fruit, home made cakes and jams and cottage cheese when available will be served for breakfast in the living room or in the garden in the warmest days.
Swimming pool, private parking in the garage, the use of gardens, living and playing rooms including piano, billiard, TV, cassette and DVD player, babies playing room will be available for guests.
Telephone and laundry available at cost.
English, french and Spanish are spoken by the owner who may assist the guests in preparing tours in art towns, as well as trekking routes.
No rate will be paid by babies less then two years old.

Bedrooms

We have available for guests two king size bed rooms and two double rooms, each one with his own bathroom. A three beds room without bathroom, is available for children.
Daily cleaning service and weekly linen change are foreseen.

Rates
Double or king size bed room : € 62.00 per night.
Single room : € 42.00 per night.
Three bed room : € 65.00 per night.

5% discount per weekly stay.
20% down payment will be asked for booking. Payment will be asked during the first day of
stay. Should the booking be done two months in advance, 10% discount will be applied.

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE BEDROOMS AND IN THE BATHROOMS
